Our Process
1. Initial Design Meeting / Showroom Visit
During your initial visit to our Chattanooga showroom, you will meet with one of our experienced Kitchen & Bath Designers to review your project and make initial selections.
2. Design & Proposal / Follow-Up Meetings / Revisions
About 1–2 weeks after your showroom visit, we’ll meet to review your design, selections, and pricing, then schedule an in-home visit to finalize details before moving forward.
3. Hardware Selection & Cabinetry Ordering
During this step, you’ll select hardware with your designer at our showroom, and we’ll begin ordering your custom cabinetry and accessories.
4. Receipt of Cabinetry & Initial Installation Phase(s)
Once your cabinetry arrives at our warehouse, we’ll coordinate cabinet delivery, install the first phase of cabinetry, and assist with coordinating countertop templating and installation.
5. Final Installation Phase & Punch List
After countertops are installed, we’ll complete the final installation phase of cabinetry, including final trim, accessories, and hardware, followed by a punch list review and completion to your satisfaction
